How does preordering work?
Choose pickup, local delivery or shipping where available, select an open date and build your order. The baker manages available dates in her calendar. Manual payment instructions appear after order placement. Orders are confirmed after the baker verifies payment.
Where do I pick up my order?
Local pickup is in Riverview, Florida. The exact address is shared privately after your order is confirmed.
When are cookies available?
The baker opens ordering dates throughout the week. Choose from the dates shown at checkout. Each date has its own cutoff and capacity; pickup, delivery and shipping options depend on the current configuration.
Can I tell you about an allergy?
Yes. Please include food allergies or dietary concerns in the dedicated checkout field. We review requests before confirmation and do not make allergen-free claims.
Can I order a custom quantity?
Use the quantity controls in your bag for standard orders within the listed limit. For larger quantities or special requests, include details in your order notes. Requests outside the menu require the baker’s approval.
What is in the variety boxes?
The Taste Test includes 6 cookies for $20. The Deluxe Mix includes 12 cookies for $36. Choose your mix of available signature and premium cookie flavors at no extra charge.
